Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

 

To initiate a return, contact us at kidkitpk@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the specified address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions after accepting your return.

 

Please check your order upon receipt. If the item is defective or incorrect, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

 

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

 

To exchange an item, return it first, and then make a new purchase.

 

If shipping to the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason, following the same conditions as above.

 

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we inspect your return. If you don’t see your refund after 20 business days, reach out to us at kidkitpk@gmail.com.
